Okanagan Fruit and Rum Bars – New!

 

Okanagan Fruit and Rum Bars are a smaller version of Okanagan Harvest Cake.  They make a great stocking stuffer or convention gift.
They contain Valley fruits such as apricots, pears and apples, and of course these bars also contain my signature addition of Callebaut chocolate.  They’re individually made using only local unsweetened butter and free-range eggs. Besides being insanely moist due to the amount of fruit, they’re soaked in rum after being baked.  They’re then vacuum-sealed, packaged in a box with an Okanagan-themed label, and ready for shipping. 

Each 225 gram bar costs $8 plus gst.  Applicable shipping fees apply.
